Yes, but no more than a total of (4) named individuals can be on a lease. (1) person will be named as the primary lessee who will assume the responsibility for all parties involved and will be the primary point of contact.
No, the garages are to be used for kart racing purposes only.
Please do not make us enforce this. Violations can result in the termination of your lease and permanent dismissal from the facility.
Yes, but not yet. When we conclude the fencing & security for the whole facility in 2026, garage tenants will be given 24/7 access.
Until then, please work with KartZone staff if you need access to the property outside of regular business or event hours.
The lease is fully assumable and may be transferred to another party with owner approval.
The facility has inground boiler heat and the building will remain 65 degrees or warmer throughout the year.
No, due to insurance restrictions and general safety, all vehicles must be started outside the door of the garage.
Yes, electric, gas, & water are included with your lease payment.
The complete facility's asphalt and concrete drives and parking areas are scheduled for completion in March or April, 2026 or as soon as the winter weather breaks.
The parking lot will be paved prior to the start of the 2026 competition season.
Yes, each garage will have a designated 12ft x 10ft area in front of their garage door for use.
No, commercial activity is not permitted inside Ohio Motorsports Park or Lorain Ohio KartPlex property.
