Help customers discover karting. Manage retail and inventory. Provide product recommendations and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Oversee daily operations. Coordinate track sessions. Supervise staff and enforce safety protocols across all facilities.
Maintain and repair rental karts. Provide technical support for kart owners. Manage shop equipment and keep the fleet race-ready.
Maintain track surfaces and facility grounds. Handle landscaping, facility upkeep, and ensure a clean, professional environment.
Welcome guests and provide service information. Handle customer concerns and ensure every visitor has a great experience.
Support operations, event setup, and facility maintenance during peak seasons. A great entry point into the motorsports industry.
